How It Started
We launched in Montreal with one product and one belief: that real food, made with real ingredients, always tastes better.
Our first jar was a kosher dill pickle — crunchy, garlicky, and brined the way it should be. No artificial preservatives. No shortcuts. Just cucumbers, water, vinegar, and time.
Word spread. The jars kept selling. And we knew we were onto something.We started with one mission: bring bold, all-natural pickled products to Canadian tables. Today, Brine Co. means kosher-certified pickles from Quebec, artisanal olives from Greece, and hand-picked vegetables — no shortcuts, no artificial anything.
