It starts with what goes into every jar. Brine Co. pickles are made with carefully selected ingredients and no artificial flavours. We use natural dill and garlic oils, spices, and turmeric—a naturally derived spice that gives our brine its signature golden hue. Combined with our crunchy cucumbers and carefully crafted brine, it’s all about delivering bold, delicious pickle flavour without unnecessary artificial flavouring.

There’s a pickle for every craving! Crunchy Dill delivers that classic salty dill flavour, Spicy Dill adds a kick of chili, and Extra Garlic turns up the garlic. Our Bread & Butter Pickles offer a sweeter flavour, while Spicy Bread & Butter combines that signature sweetness with a little heat. Our Sandwich Sliced Pickles give you that classic dill crunch in convenient lengthwise slices that are ready for burgers and sandwiches.
-
Absolutely! If you love that salty, tangy pickle flavour, there’s no reason to let the brine go to waste. Sip a little straight from the jar, add a splash to a Caesar or Bloody Mary, or use it in salad dressings, marinades and potato salad. Pickle brine can be high in sodium, so a little goes a long way.
-
Our Baby Gherkins are a product of Greece. They’re crisp, firm and slightly tangy, and made with just four simple ingredients: gherkins, water, vinegar and salt. They’re delicious straight from the jar and perfect for charcuterie and cheese boards.
-
Our olives bring together some of the finest varieties from across the Mediterranean. Our Medley, Green and Kalamata olives come from Greece, including Kalamata olives from the sun-drenched groves of Messinia. Our Manzanilla olives come from Spain, while our Cerignola olives come from Italy. All of our olives are then prepared and packed in Greece to ensure Brine Co.’s quality standards are met in every jar.
-
Our Pickled Vegetables and Whole Roasted Peppers are products of Greece. Our colourful pickled vegetable mix includes cauliflower, carrots, celery, red peppers and Greek golden peppers. Our whole red peppers are hand-selected and roasted for a rich, charred flavour.
