WE ARE KIND OF

A BIG DILL

Our Story

From Montreal to the Mediterranean

It started with a crunch.

A simple, satisfying bite of a perfectly pickled cucumber — the kind that takes you back to family kitchens, bustling delis, and tables filled with good food and better company.

That's where Brine Co. began: with a love for the classics and a mission to bring bold, all-natural pickled products to Canadian tables.

How It Started

We launched in Montreal with one product and one belief: that real food, made with real ingredients, always tastes better.

Our first jar was a kosher dill pickle — crunchy, garlicky, and brined the way it should be. No artificial preservatives. No shortcuts. Just cucumbers, water, vinegar, and time.

Word spread. The jars kept selling. And we knew we were onto something.

A Mediterranean Love Affair

But we didn't stop at pickles.

Our love of bold, briny flavours led us across the Atlantic — to the sun-soaked groves of Greece and the Mediterranean coast.

There, we discovered olives unlike anything we'd tasted before. Plump Kalamatas from the Peloponnese. Buttery green olives from the Chalkidiki Peninsula in Northern Greece. Vibrant Cerignola olives, hand-picked for their perfect shape and size. Each one cured artisanally, packed with flavour, and begging to be shared.

We brought them home to Canada — along with hand-picked vegetables, fire-roasted peppers, and traditional beets — and added them to the Brine Co. family.

What We Believe

Good food brings people together.

Whether it's a backyard barbecue, a charcuterie board with friends, a quick snack straight from the jar, or a pizza topped with tangy pickle slices — Brine Co. is there.

We believe in:

  • All-natural ingredients — No artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours. Just real food.

  • Artisanal curing — Traditional methods that bring out bold, authentic flavour.

  • Kosher certified products — Every jar, every time.

  • No added sugar — Because you don't need it.

  • Proudly Canadian — Born in Montreal, made for Canadian tables.

The Brine Co. Family

Today, Brine Co. means more than pickles.

Pickles — Crunchy dills, extra garlic, spicy, bread & butter, and tiny gherkins imported from Greece.

Olives — Kalamata, green, Cerignola, stuffed Manzanilla, pitted medleys, and a spicy medley infused with red pepper flakes for those who like it hot.

Pickled Vegetables — Sliced beets, sauerkraut, whole roasted peppers, hot banana pepper rings, and our signature vegetable medley.

From Montreal to the Mediterranean, every jar is made to satisfy your cravings.

Can Be Addictive

Fair warning: once you try Brine Co., you might not be able to stop.

We've been told our pickles are "kind of a big dill." We've heard people say they have "a crunch on us." And we're okay with that.

Because at the end of the day, we're just here to make food that makes people happy.

Satisfy your cravings.
